1. Cancellation Policy for Tours

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy for tours:

  • Cancellation 1 day or less before the event: A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.

  • Cancellation more than 1 day before the event: No cancellation fee will be charged.

Please contact us at least 24 hours before the tour to avoid cancellation fees.


2. Returns & Refunds for Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our return and refund policy:

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.


3. Shipping Issues

  • Delayed Packages: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays. Please allow extra time before contacting support.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
