EARLY HARVEST OLIVES :
To produce an Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil the olive fruits are handpicked carefully during early harvest season in September and transported immedietely to our facility. Through this we ensure each olive is fresh, green and perfect for milling. The process maintains the nutritional benefits of the olive oil long with its unique chemical characteristics such as low acidity.
Our olive groove consists of local olive tree variety of Chalikiki. Due to fruit size this variety is mostly known for table olives production even thought it produces excellent olive oil. The astonishing view of the Aegean sea from our groove along with our efford results in premium, single-origin olives and an awarded extra virgin olive oil.
Using only mechanical methods our product is extracted cold-pressed and packed in modified atmosphere. These steps maintain the aroma’s, the flavor for longer. No chemicals used, No pesticidem No additives, No artificial ingredients, just pure olive oil fruit juice.
HIGH IN POLYPHENOLS AND VITAMINS:
The olive oil is rich in benefecial ingredients. High concentration of polyphenols, other minor components such as oleocanthal, fats that have possitive impact on health and essential vitamins for human health. Yanni’s Finest belongs to the highest class among EVOOs.
