NIOÉLIA – Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

This premium extra virgin olive oil is of the Koroneiki variety, harvested from the eastern slopes of Mount “Vrachiona” at an altitude of 220m in the Agia Marina area of Zakynthos. It is early-harvested when the fruit is still green and handpicked to avoid minor injuries that could affect its quality.

The oil is produced the same day through cold pressing, resulting in a polyphenolic, very low acidity oil (0.3%) with health claims that help prevent various diseases. It has a strong green color due to the high chlorophyll content of unripe olives, a fruity and intensely bitter taste with an orange aroma.
